COVID-19 Policies
By reserving or utilizing our equipment or services, the Customer making the reservation will assume liability for any paddler utilizing rental equipment in accordance to White Rock Paddle Co.'s Waiver and Release of Liability and agree to White Rock Paddle Co.'s policies that went into affect May 23, 2020.
Furthermore, the Customer must be be able to answer NO to all of the following COVID-19 questions at time of reservation and rental, and on behalf of all accompanying paddler(s)/minor(s):

- Do you have or have you experienced a loss of taste or smell, fever, cough, shortness of breath, or gastrointestinal issues within the last 14 days?
- Have you or anyone in your household been to, or had contact with someone, that has visited any of the restricted travel advisory (domestic or international) locations listed on the CDC site within 14 days?
- Have you or anyone in your household been on a cruise ship in the last 14 days?
- Have you had close contact with anyone in the past 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19?
- Have you or anyone in your household been ask to self-quarantine in the last 14 days?

1. You must be 18 or older to make an online reservation. By continuing with the reservation, Customer making the reservation will assume liability for any paddler utilizing equipment or services in accordance to White Rock Paddle Co.'s Waiver and Release of Liability.
2. Customer agrees to comply with White Rock Paddle Co.'s business policies, and that White Rock Paddle Co. reserves the right to cancel reservations in the event of a violation of our policies. 3. Payment is due at time of booking. 4. Group bookings: 10% discount is only applicable to "Weekday Group Reservations By Appointment Only" reservations. For group bookings (weekdays only), select the "Weekday Group Reservations By Appointment Only" option. Weekend group bookings are NOT allowed at this time; only one boat per reservation during the weekend. Weekday group bookings are pending until confirmed by a staff member. 5. We reserve the right to apply surcharges that may be incurred due to non-compliance with our policies. 6. Cancel your reservation online: https://www.webreserv.com/myreservations.do Refund policy: * No refunds will be provided for cancellations to reservations if NOT cancelled by 11:59 PM the day before reservation date. * 0% penalty if cancelled by 11:59 PM the day before reservation date. * Please note that there is not a way to configure our 3rd party reservation system to match our actual cut-off time, so as long as you cancel your reservation by 11:59 PM the day before the reservation date, we will refund the rental fee. 7. Weather-related cancellations: rain checks will be provided for cancellations due to inclement weather. Please call ahead if winds are high, or if inclement weather is in the area. If rainchecks are not redeemed with 30 days, please make a new reservation and enter the old reservation number in the "Raincheck Code". You must email us so to inform us of this change so that we can apply a refund to the card on file up to the raincheck amount. 8. Business (non weather-related) cancellations: Full refunds will be provided due to non-weather related cancellations. |
Pre-Arrival Information for Weekday Group Bookings Only |
1. To expediate your check-in process, please complete the White Rock Paddle Co.'s Waiver and Release of Liability. Each person over 18-years-old must complete this form. A parent or legal guardian of any minors must complete the form for any paddlers that are under the age of 18.

Arrival Information |
1. Arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time, and wait at next available spot in line.
2. Do not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to your reservation time. Reservation time will not be extended due to late shows. Practice social distancing. Only members of same household (with one or more reservations) can wait in line together. Stay 6 feet apart from group ahead of you. 3. Masks/Face coverings will be required for all unvaccinated customers, and must be worn while interacting with our staff. Masks/Face coverings may only be removed while on the water and you have left the boat ramp. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you do not have a mask/face covering at check-in. If we have sufficient supplies, we will provide one at an additional cost. 4. Once a staff member has confirmed reservation and provided your entire group with life jackets and paddles, your group may be instructed to wait in-line while our staff members readies the rental equipment. 5. Please stow all belongings in your vehicles prior to being called to board. Any delays in boarding, may result in boarding delays for your entire group and will shorten your time out on the water. 6. We no longer hold on to keys while you are out on the water. We strongly advise that you bring your own dry bag, or rent one for the duration of your paddling experience. 7. Our staff may no longer assist customers with swapping paddlers on the same rental equipment during the reservation period. Once customer is back on-shore, the rental equipment will be sanitized for the next customer. |
Departure Information |
1. You must arrive back to the launch point at the end of your rental reservation time. We will no longer offer a grace period as we need all the time necessary to sanitize equipment prior to the next reservation.
2. We reserve the right to apply surcharges due to late returns. 3. Equipment returned when last boat is due back will incur a $20 for each 15-minute increment past last boat time. |
