Equipment Reservation for Large Groups

We handle group reservations differently due to the time it takes to process everyone and launch everyone off in one of our kayaks or canoes. Please use this form instead of the Online Reservation system.

PLEASE SELECT FROM THE FOLLOWING TO MEET YOUR GROUP NEEDS:

Canoes - Up to 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children depending on size (combined weight limit of 700lbs)
Tandem Kayaks - 2 adults or 1 adult + 1 child (not recommended for young children, combined weight limit of 450lbs)
Single Kayaks - 1 adult or 1 older child (weight limit of 250 lbs)

We REQUIRE at least 24 hours advance notice for large groups, and suggest a week's notice. Please allow some time for us to process your request. Your reservation is not confirmed unless we have responded with a confirmation. If you don't hear from us, please check your SPAM folder or try resubmitting your reservation request.

Rental Agreement and Waiver & Release of Liability

Minors (under 18) will need to have both the Rental Agreement and a Waiver & Release of Liability forms signed by a parent or guardian. You can download and print them out in advance here:
